David and his crew painted my 2500sq ft home. I'm so glad I found them. They did an awesome job. David is very friendly, and explains everything. He really cares about his projects and wants excellent results. He's very good with colors which was a great help. I also needed some stucco repair and wood trim repair which his guys did also. My house looks brand new and I have received lots of nice comments from my neighbors. Let David give your house a makeover, you won't regret it. I would definitely use Family Home Improvements again. This was a small bathroom restoration project. It was supposed to take 2 to 3 weeks and there were just too many details that were overlooked that caused water leakage from the sliding glass doors. We paid over 20,000 and were asked to cover more costs due to the walls, not being squared to begin with despite having paid for the plumbing, tub, vanity, lighting, and all fixtures already.The project is done, but it took much too long and although the workers were timely, it seemed there was a lack of attention to detail that made this project go longer than necessary.Make sure to ask if the project is as squared as possible before moving on. We only have one restroom and these delays were really hard for all of us.

I was a little skeptical at the beginning, because it s just who I am, but after I met David it felt like talking to a friend, we sat at my living room and discussed all the details. 3 weeks later I was getting my new windows done and I'll say that David is great person as well as his team, they were professional , did a great and clean job. We just finished a garage conversion to a studio apartment David and his team did a phenomenal job we were so pleased by the end product. David and his team were on top of every problem that arose and if we needed anything or had any questions he responded promptly. This was our first time working with a general contractor and couldn’t have asked for a better one especially hearing horror stories about other contractors to us David is the golden standard and we would 10/10 love to work with David again with our other future projects and recommend him to anyone.

David and his team are phenomenal. We completed a garage conversion to studio apartment and throughout the entire project the communication was great, concerns were always addressed immediately, scheduling with him was easy, and the quality of the work done was outstanding. We had a payment plan drafted at the start of the project and knew what to expect at every stage. His team liaised with the city and utility companies and anything that wasn’t included in our contract he connected us with subcontractors who were also great. Although being under construction is always stressful David made the experience so much better, I would recommend him to everyone I know and I would not hesitate to hire him again!

Approximately 3 years ago I had Family Home Improvements paint my house. Recently some blemishes appeared and I contacted Family Home Improvements. They honored their warranty and came out and took care of the issues. I appreciate them and the fine work they've done. I am once again a happy camper.

I hired Family Home Improvements to restore and paint this exterior of my craftsman home in Chino. which needed some serious work on the windows, wood siding, and shingles and siding, i I was very impressed by their finished worked, professionalism, quality, and attention to detail. They reglazed all my windows, making them look new. They also fixed all the damaged wood siding and shingles and siding, preserving the original charm and character of my home. They did a beautiful job in matching the colors and textures of the materials, and they cleaned up everything after they were done.The workers Mario and Gonzalo are professional everyday I am very happy with the results and I would highly recommend Family Home Improvements to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled home improvement company. Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!Contractor quoted me $20,000 for the project without even taking measurements.He called their main office and they came up with that amount. But how ?There was not break down on labor, parts or other fees.Very disappointed with representative and with company’s estimate without even getting a picture or drawing of the project.He was rushed and gave me an estimate without even measuring the space where windows would be installed.I had to finde a measurement tape because he had none!Not sure how they even have a contractor’s license.He told me that this company uses them as the window builders and that they do not give written estimates because “most people don’t call back any way.”It is a bait and hook business, they attract you with a 2 window free offer and when they show up they don’t even mention it.He literally did not say how the offer would be applied to final total.Look somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.They don’t deserve your money or time.Run and don’t look back.Very shady 👀👀👀👀
