Anlin Malibu Patio Door Features
Anlin Malibu doors are designed with safety in mind and have passed the forced entry resistance tests. Both the sliding doors and swinging French doors have metal reinforced door panels with a locking mechanism.
The patio doors are designed to provide maximum savings in any climate. From the edge spacer, argon gas, and QuadraTherm™ multi-layer heat retention coating, every aspect of the patio door is engineered to increase the thermal efficiency of your home.
Due to the excellent design and materials in the Anlin Malibu doors, Anlin can offer the most inclusive double lifetime warranty in the industry. If your patio doors ever need repairs, Anlin will fix them free of charge (as long as you live in the home). This warranty extends to some items not covered by other manufacturers, such as screens and the exterior vinyl coating. If you sell your home, Alin’s lifetime warranty will transfer to one subsequent homeowner.
We can add an optional pet door into the glass of both the sliding patio doors and swinging French doors. They are available in four sizes and include a heavy-duty frame and flap with a weather-strip and magnetic seal to keep the elements out.
