DMac shares his home improvement expertise
Started in 1902, Andersen Windows has been producing products for over 100 years. They began by making standard size windows, a completely new innovation at the time. Their product line varies from builder grade up to high-end windows. They are regarded as having high-quality materials with reasonable prices. When looking at their reviews, it appears customers face warranty issues and have difficulty contacting customer service. Andersen currently has 1 star on Yelp and 11 reviews. Here’s a review from one of their customers:
“I purchased doors from Andersen Windows, and the experience was not the best. I bought two and there was an issue with one of them. Then, it was several visits out for the techs to try to fix it, and both of the techs tried to sell me on stuff that they offered and told me that I would need to pay them for their time coming out. They never showed up at the exact appointment times, too.” – Sarah
Anderson windows come with a transferrable 20-year limited warranty for glass. For non-glass parts, they offer a 10-year limited transferrable warranty. They protect against defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship.

“Hired Family Home Improvements to paint my house. Renzo was there every day to answer any of my questions and keep me informed. Jose Luis and Jose were very professional and did a great job. They were very nice and worked with me on any concerns I had. Would definitely hire again and recommend.”
