“We had about 20 windows replaced this summer (2018) with Milgard windows. While they appear to be working fine, we had an issue with one window. I contacted Milgard online to report the problem; specifically at the end of September. I was finally contacted in November (!) to schedule an appointment to fix the problem. I received an appointment for 07 December (!!). The repair was rather simple for the repairman and was in and out within 30 minutes so why the 2+ month wait?!? Silly.” – Mike L.

Milgard products include a full lifetime warranty. They will replace or repair any defects in materials or workmanship, including labor costs for the original purchaser.
